Shareholders may occupy, lend or rent their villa under community rules, and sell or bequeath their shares. They maintain the villa interior and pay monthly contributions and metered electricity.

An optional programme assists with rentals, guest arrivals, cleaning and supplies. Request its current agreement, fees and accounting arrangements.
