TOUCAN VALLEY · COSTA RICA
A quiet mountain village in Costa Rica’s Southern Pacific region, surrounded by rainforest and its changing daily rhythms.
The village is around 600 metres above sea level. Rainforest trails, waterfalls, gardens and a fruit forest invite you outdoors. Toucans, monkeys and butterflies are part of the surrounding wildlife.
One, two and three-bedroom villas give guests space to settle in, prepare meals and enjoy the outdoors. The pool and community centre bring residents and visitors together.
Toucan Valley S.A. is a shareholder-owned community. Its management company, Osa Mountain Village S.R.L., employs the crew and manages contributions for community upkeep.
The village corporation owns 29 acres; the investor guide describes a long-term lease over surrounding jungle and trails. The wider rainforest setting should not be confused with land individually conveyed with a villa.
